And why do I get asked this every time I go to the doctor? I mean, I get it for trying to calculate how far along a pregnancy might be or the date of ovulation but, why does my dermatologist need to know?
I'm not gonna lie, until recently (when it made sense to me that it might actually matter) I GUESSED. Horribly guessed. I said 'I don't know' once and the nurse looked at me like I told her I ate a bowl full of spiders for breakfast.
Now, thank goodness, there's an app for that. Problem is-- I never check it before my appointment and I'm a good patient so my phone is tucked so far away it might as well be on Mars. Still never know when my last period started.
Let's talk about melts instead.

Perfume of the Day:
{1. Lush - Twilight 2. Shea Moisture - raw shea butter}
I'm having a little freak out because Lush is no longer selling perfume online or in stores (in California). Some stupid alcohol content law. Who's drinking this stuff! Twilight is my soulmate. Sometimes, Lush will bring it back during the holidays but this perfume ban is making me twitchy, despite the store employee telling me the ban is temporary. She better be right, I'm one Angry Angela away from YouTubing about her lying right to my face.

The dreaded "first day of last period." I always made mine up until I was trying then that number always came quickly to mind. I never needed a due date change.
ReplyDeleteYummy melts. VBN sweet pea caught my eye. Cool!
Twilight us the bomb diggity. I had no idea they were suspending mailing perfumes. I know it is always taboo between people for mailing but I though companies got around that for the most part. I know certain countries won't allow perfume to be sold via mail. And nail polish is frowned on via mail. I hope it comes back for you. It is a darn shame I have never tried twilight in perfume form. Gonna look to change that.
Have a happy holiday week my friend. <3
@Julie - I had no idea about nail polish being frowned upon when mailed! I've done it several times without a second thought.
ReplyDeleteI hope you get to try the twilight gorilla perfume too. It's lovely! Happy Thanksgiving J! <3
