OH hello there. I've missed you.
There was a bout of seasonal sickness that kicked my booty, then a bit of sadness (it comes and goes and I manage it much like a cold or flu) and busyness at work with multiple training days and overtime.
I feel horribly unorganized in several areas in my life, blogging being one of them. I've been rethinking the direction I want to take, blog-wise, and before I make any changes, I have several hauls to post. I'm excited to share some great wax purchases I've made lately!
The first one is the second half of my Rosegirls order from June. A sweet friend ordered this portion for me since she was sitting out that opening.
I want to talk about muffins! I find that the muffins option is a great way to try customizing blends at a reasonable price. I love that they're packaged individually which makes them great for sharing. I ordered five sets of muffins, equalling twenty muffins total.
Blend #1 : hurricane daiquiri / raspberry coconut / cotton candy frosting
Blend #2 : pink sugar / sweet lavender / vanilla bean noel
Blend #3 : paradise / margarita / cotton candy frosting
Blend #4 : peppermint / marshmallow smoothie / gilligans brew
Blend #5 : dunk my donut / eggnog / marshmallow smoothie
I also ordered 14 bags of chunks:
{1-pecan waffle butter brickle 2-cranberry orange smoothie 3-soothing lavender dreams 4-simply amazing bakery}
{5-frosted summer breeze 6-cinnamon glazed oranges 7-kaelyn's caribbean congo line 8-mango monster cookies}
{9-strawberry euphoria 10-carrot cake w/ cream cheese frosting 11-blueberry hill}
{12-sweet pumpkin bread w/ cream cheese frosting 13-strawberry cereal killer ice cream 14-kaelyn's scotcheroos}

Hope you're feeling better, and glad that you recognize your blahs and let them happen, give them their moment in time, and get back to life. I used to spend too much time worrying about *why* I felt down.

Gorgeousss! My favourites just from reading these blends are the first three that you mentioned too! I have Blueberry Hill from my order and it is absolutely yummy! I have Tiffany's from Black Friday too, can't wait to see what you've got! :)

ReplyDeleteStunning photos and it sounds like you scored some beautiful fragrances! I have never tried Rosegirls. I have a few pieces that someone very kindly gifted me, but I have not melted them yet--I've been on a bakery kick and these are quiet fruity and more warm-weather-y to me. I've only been melting for a few months now, and I wasn't able to get in on their last opening (the only one so far since I've been melting). Someday, I hope!

Totally feeling you on the sad aspect. Sometimes, it seems like it gets worse around the holidays. It's okay to be sad, and just know that I and your other smelly sisters are here for you if you are feelin' blue. <3
