New Order: Streetman Company Store - November 2014

I love Streetman Company Store. Let me count the ways.

I love how well blended their scents are and that they pack a powerful scent punch - almost always.

I love how they always strive to improve.

I love that they introduced me to the fabulousness of one ounce scent shots.

I love that they expanded and now make great bath & body products.

And seasonings. 

I love that the owners are supportive of other vendors and customers without being clicky. 

I love that they make my house smell amazing.

And I absolutely love their shaving cream.

I was quietly stalking the updates to make sure I got my order in. Six bags of scallops were easily obtained:

There are new and improved, snazzy labels on the bags and I especially love the scent descriptions printed on the labels. There is no longer a pour date but I don't mind adding that myself:

Rustic Lodge:

If you're familiar with the iconic Ghost Munch from Sugar & Spice, then you'll have a good idea of what Rustic Lodge smells like. Similar to be comparable but different enough to stand out and not an imitation. Rustic Lodge is more of a home scent where Ghost Munch is bakery. This is one and possibly the only instance where I applaud the cinnamon in a scent.

Twitterpated 

(pomegranate cider, raspberry & citrus)

I received my first twitterpated as a gift or freebie and I fell head over heels in love with it. This is so strong and incredibly fruity but a sophisticated fruity that smells so good.

Cotton-Candied Spruce

spun sugar & fresh spruce

This was the blend I was most looking forward to and I've been melting it like a fiend. It's a wonderful winter scent that has just enough spun sugar to pretty up the green in the spruce. 

Flirt

raspberries, melon, jasmine & vanilla 

This scent is proof that my nose has changed. I probably would not have gravitated to this scent a year ago but I love it today. The jasmine makes it a bit perfume-y to me, which no longer is a negative in my book. It's such a pretty and marvelously blended scent.

Playful

lemon and honeysuckle kicked up so many notches with jasmine and peach.  Love this so much I want to bathe in it. 

Sweet & Sassy

Cherry, cherry, Cherry! I'm a big fan of cherry so this is right up my alley, but if cherry doesn't agree with you then I would recommend passing on this one.

The Streetman's have a daughter who is saving up to purchase a car. In a world of "Go Fund Me... Just Because", it is so refreshing to see a teenager have a goal and actually put effort towards obtaining that goal.  I happily purchased a bracelet and I love it:

I'm pretty sure the car has been obtained and I highfived an imaginary hand as I saw the pictures and read the good news. I hope that all of us that purchased a bracelet share a small piece of pride that propelled the purchase of the car. Even though it's so much about the car, to me, it's also about the lesson behind the car. 

That concludes my custom order from the Streetman's. I have a bath & body order to post and a bit of a product comparison in shaving creams that I'm thinking up. I think you'll enjoy it.

You may have noticed my lack of holiday mention but that doesn't take away from my hope that you had a wonderful holiday. I have a personal post I'm drafting up as well as some other hauls in the works.
